Tetrazinni


1/4 c bread crumbs
5 T butter
3/4 c parm cheese
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c flour
1/4 t salt
1 can chicken broth
1 can evap milk
2 c cooked chicken (or Turkey)
can of sliced mushroom
1 c frozen peas
Your favorite noodles
Make topping: combine bread crumbs with 2 T melted butter and 1/4 cup of parm cheese
Then: melt 3 T butter in sauce pan and add onion and cook till soft. Stir in flour, salt and pepper for 1 minute. Gradually stir in broth and bring to a boil. Stir. Stir. Stir. When combined add milk and 1.2 c parm cheese nice and slow. Cook on low till cheese melts. Remove from heat and add chicken, mushrroms, peas. Toss with 8 oz of your favorite noodles (we like egg or speg). Put in greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with bread crumb topping and bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
