Potato Chip Casserole

2 cups chopped cooked chicken (or Turkey)
1 cup cooked white rice
1 can cream of ckicken soup
2/3 cup mayo
2 T grated onion
1/2 cup celery
1 8 oz can of water chestnuts
1/2 c cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed potato chips
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients except potato chips and put into a greased pan. Sprinkle chips on top and bake 20 - 25 minutes. (p.s. if you don't enjoy celery, onion or water chestnuts .... leave them out!) ((this recipe is from an old friend KJ! We think of her family with fondness everytime we make it!))
