Cheesy Mexican Rice

1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup your favorite salsa
1/2 pound Velveeta (classic or Queso Blanco=yummo!)
2 cups instant white rice

Boil water. Add salsa, Velveeta & rice. Remove from heat. Cover and let sit 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
